Educational Support Services:

The Extra Lesson and Waldorf Education

Sensory motor health and development and learning difficulties are supported through individualized educational support plans and are offered as such, or in combination with craniosacral therapy. The Extra Lesson approaches learning and developmental challenges through individualized lessons, which support the development of the whole child through movement and artistic activities based in the Waldorf philosophy of education. H.A.N.D.L.E. exercises, Davis Dyslexia Method activities, and more traditional math and language arts support may be provided in combination with Extra Lesson activities. Aurore has an M.S. in Education as well as a certificate in remedial education, and has worked as an educational support teacher at several Bay Area Waldorf schools throughout the past decade.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Aurore has an amazing touch and an incredible compassionate presence. One of the most healing practitioners I have come across. I drive for over an hour to see her every month. It is rare to find a practitioner who is also trained to work on kids. Go and see her, you wont regret it." Marina K.

Aurore is AMAAAAAZIIIINNNG!!!

If you have never had craniosacral therapy, you have to try it. I generally like deep tissue massage, but being a bodyworker, I can tell you that craniosacral therapy is a whole different level. It's basically magic." Mochi N.
